    Abstract: A plating system and a method thereof are disclosed. The plating system performs a N-stage plating drilling filling process in which a M-th stage plating drilling filling process with a M-th current density is performed on a hole of a substrate for a M-th plating time to form a M-th plating layer on the to-be-plated layer, wherein N is a positive integer equal to or greater than 3, and M is a positive integer positive integer in a range of 1 to N. Therefore, the technical effect of providing a higher drilling filling rate than conventional plating filling technology under a condition that a total thickness of plating layers is fixed can be achieved.

    Abstract: The power feedback system for an electric vehicle includes a generator, a charging controller, a battery module, and a current limiting controller. A first wheel of the electric vehicle drives the generator to produce an AC power. The charging controller converts the AC power from the generator into a DC power and delivers the DC power to the battery module. The current limiting controller receives and outputs the DC power in the battery module to a driving motor of the electric vehicle at a preset amperage. The driving motor then drives a second wheel to turn. The first wheel has an axle rotational speed greater than that of the second wheel, and the generator produces a greater current than the preset current of the current limiting controller. As such, the power consumption to the battery module is significantly reduced, greatly enhancing the electric vehicle's travelable distance.

    Abstract: An air conditioning compressor for vehicles, comprising a compressor having a shaft extending from the compressor to the exterior of the compressor and a driving device configured at the exterior of the compressor. The driving device comprises a stator and a rotor. The shaft passes through a shaft hole such that the stator is assembled at the exterior of the compressor. The power transmission lines having different polarities in the stator connect to external power source such that the stator may generate directional (forward or reverse) rotating magnetic torque. The rotor is assembled at the exterior of the stator. A sleeve portion in the rotor connects to the shaft. Thus, a torque is inducted by electromagnetic induction through the stator and then the rotor drives the shaft of the compressor to rotate. Therefore, the air conditioning compressor for vehicles may be driven to operate by way of electrical power.
