  • Publication number: 20160215159
Abstract: A protective film composition for laser dicing is provided, which includes: a water-soluble polymer and a crosslinking agent. Wherein, a weight-average molecular weight of the water-soluble polymer is 10000-150000, and is optimally, 12500-125000. The crosslinking agent is added to enable the functional groups of the water-soluble polymer generating a crosslinking reaction, and the water-soluble polymer therefore has a higher thermal stability. When applying to manufacturing process of laser dicing, a substrate can be protected from being stained with dust and the pollution problem of the substrate can be reduced. In addition, as the thermal stability of the protective film is increased, the stability of the protective film is enhanced and thus is not easy to become weak, and the cutting ways would be evener during the process of laser dicing.

  • Publication number: 20160032210
Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition and auxiliary plates for drilling are introduced. The auxiliary plates are made by coating the photosensitive resin composition on aluminum foil and photocuring the coated resin to make the resin bonded on the aluminum foil. The resin composition comprises a first polymer formed by the reaction of 1,2,4,5-pyromellitic dianhydride and polyetheramine; and a second polymer formed by the reaction of polyetheramine and vinyl chloride, wherein the second polymer is a photosensitive polymer. The novel resin composition provided by the present invention can be coated on drilling auxiliary plates. When the drilling auxiliary plates coated with the resin composition are used in a drilling process, it can avoid the coated resin being cracked due to the heat caused by friction of high speed drilling, so it can further enhance the stability, accuracy, and precision of drilling.

  • Publication number: 20110207343
Abstract: A contact-type electronic inspection module includes a carrying base, a plurality of terminal holes formed on the carrying base, and a plurality of conductive terminals coupled into the terminal holes respectively. Both ends of the conductive terminal are exposed from upper and lower sides of the carrying base. The conductive terminal includes an elastic pillar, and one or more electric conductive filaments buried in the middle of the elastic pillar, and the electric conductive filament includes an elastic portion formed at the middle and two conductive portions on both ends and exposed from both ends of the elastic pillar respectively, such that the contact-type electronic inspection module can be used for inspecting electronic products to achieve the effects of preventing the conductive terminals from being worn out or damaged, swapping or replacing the conductive terminals, and protecting the contact points of the circuit and enhance the electric conductivity.

  • Publication number: 20110066056
Abstract: The exercise auxiliary device comprises a body, a fastener, an ear-clip heart rate sensor, a microprocessor and an indicator. The fastener is mounted on the body for attaching the body to a garment on a user. The ear-clip heart rate sensor is adapted to clip an earlobe of the user, senses blood pulse from the earlobe and accordingly generates a voltage signal. The microprocessor is mounted in the body, electrically connected to the ear-clip heart rate sensor, computes an instantaneous heart rate according to the voltage signal. The indicator is connected to the microprocessor, controlled by the microprocessor to generate a reminding signal. The exercise auxiliary device can be easily worn by attaching the body to a garment of a user with the fastener and clipping an earlobe with the ear-clip heart rate sensor.
