  • Patent number: 11933359
Abstract: A miniature linear guideway includes a rail, a slider, two circulation fittings and a retainer. The slider and the circulation fitting are set on the rail, so that a circulation channel is formed between the rail and the slider for the balls to run. The circulation fitting has several turning convex portions. The retainer has a plate portion and two retaining portions. The two ends of each retaining portion are connected to the plate portion by a positioning portion, and the plate portion is adjacent to the slider. The positioning portions of the retainer abut the turning convex portions. The width of the plate portion of the retainer is smaller than the distance between the turning convex portions of the circulation fitting. Thereby, the miniature linear guideway of the present invention can optimize the assembly efficiency, thereby realizing the purpose of automatic assembly.

  • Patent number: 10704598
Abstract: A hydrostatic linear guideway includes a rail, a slider coupled to the rail, and two load blocks disposed between the rail and the slider. A load portion of each load block is spaced from the groove wall of an outer groove of the rail and has an oil chamber facing toward the groove wall of one respective outer groove of the rail, such that an oil film is formed between the rail and each load block. A bearing portion of each load block is abutted against the groove wall of an inner groove of the slider so that the two load blocks are moved synchronously with the slider. Thus, the hydrostatic linear guideway of the present invention has the oil chamber defined in each load block and does not require additional processing of the slider, achieving the purpose of reducing the difficulty of the manufacturing process.

  • Patent number: 9297415
Abstract: A linear actuator includes a slide, a first half return member, a second half return member and a slide block. The first and second half return members are hollow frames and sleeved onto the rail. A circulation path can be formed when the first and second half return members and the slide block are assembled together, the second half return member is directly disposed in the first radial gap of the first half return member, and the slide block is directly disposed in the second radial gap of the second half return member. Furthermore, there is no level difference in the first and second return grooves of the two half return members, which will prevent noise caused during movement of the rolling elements, reduce impact of the rolling elements against the circulation path, and therefore extending the life of the linear actuator.

Abstract: A linear actuator includes a slide, a first half return member, a second half return member and a slide block. The first and second half return members are hollow square frames and sleeved onto the rail. A circulation path can be formed when the first and second half return members and the slide block are assembled together, the second half return member is directly disposed in the first radial gap of the first half return member, and the slide block is directly disposed in the second radial gap of the second half return member.
