Abstract: A firmware loading device applied to a data processing device having a host circuit board and a case for receiving the host circuit board is proposed. A plurality of firmwares corresponding to the type of the case are stored in a database. A first electrically connecting unit and a corresponding second electrically connecting unit are respectively provided on the host circuit board and the case. A detecting unit serves to detect an electrical connection relationship between the first electrically connecting unit and the second electrically connecting unit after the host circuit board is assembled in the case. A control unit serves for fetch a firmware appropriate to the case from the database and load the firmware into the host circuit board according to the electrical connection relationship between the first and second electrically connecting units detected by the detecting unit.

Abstract: A fastening member is provided. The fastening member is formed with a plurality of positioning portions, a plurality of coupling portions, a plurality of protruding portions, and a plurality of fastening portions. The fastening member is assembled and disassembled without using tools, and made of low-cost material that is cheaper than metal material, so as to overcome the drawbacks in the prior art.

Abstract: A covering member filled in a spare bay of a server having a first latch portion is proposed. The covering member includes a hollow body capable of being inserted in the spare bay, an opening formed on a side surface of the hollow body, a spring unit formed on a surface of the hollow body, and a functional unit extended from the side surface of the hollow body. The functional unit includes a second latch portion disposed corresponding to the first latch portion, a spring arm for providing resilience for the second latch portion, and an operating portion extended from the hollow body. Thus, by the present invention, a user may readily actuate the operating portion through the opening. Moreover, by the extended design of the functional unit, the number of the jointing points can be significantly reduced, thereby decreasing the fabrication cost.

Abstract: A light-guiding structure applied to a panel having a plurality of first engaging portions and a first positioning portion is disclosed. The light-guiding structure includes a main body, a plurality of light-guiding poles installed on the main body and having a plurality of second engaging portions for engaging with the first engaging portions of the panel, and at least a spring member installed on the main body and having a second positioning portion for engaging with the first positioning portion of the panel. The light-guiding structure is easy to be assembled and disassembled, without the use of any tools.

Abstract: A panel fixing structure for fixing a panel formed with at least a first engaging portion to an electronic device provided with at least a first fixing portion, wherein the panel fixing structure include a body; at least a second fixing portion that can be coupled with the corresponding first fixing portion; and at least a second engaging portion that can be coupled with the corresponding first engaging portion, such that the panel can be fixed to the electronic device. Due to the design and arrangement of the present invention, the panel fixing structure can be easy assembled and disassembled, with out using tools.
