  • Patent number: 10170132
Abstract: An echo-cancelling device includes an audio input/output (I/O) terminal, an audio-receiving module, an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, and a processor is provided. The A/D converter is electrically connected to the audio-receiving module. The processor is electrically connected to the A/D converter and the audio I/O terminal. The audio I/O terminal receives an external reference signal from an electronic device. The audio-receiving module receives an input audio and an output audio from the electronic device, and generates an analog input signal having the input audio and the output audio. The A/D converter generates a digital input signal according to the analog input signal. The processor cancels the output audio to generate a second (digital) sound signal according to the digital input signal and the external reference signal. Finally, the processor transmits the second (digital) sound signal to the electronic device via the audio I/O terminal.

  • Patent number: 9935486
Abstract: A wireless charging device capable of charging an electronic device is provided. The wireless charging device includes a supporting component, a stage and at least one electrical transmitter. The stage is used to carry the electronic device and is swingingly disposed on the platform through the supporting component. The electrical transmitter is movably disposed in the stage. When the electronic device is placed on an end of the stage which is relatively away from the supporting component, the stage swings in relative to the platform by using the supporting component as a fulcrum, and the stage is inclined to the platform. As a result, the electrical transmitter moves toward the electronic device due to gravitational pull, and thereby aligns with an electrical receiver in the electronic device so as to wirelessly charge the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20170118571
Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a sound-receiving module and a processor. The electronic apparatus is electronically connected to a first sound device and a second sound device. The first sound device receives a first sound signal having a first channel audio from the electronic apparatus and plays the first channel audio. The second sound device receives a second sound signal having a second channel audio from the electronic apparatus and plays the second channel audio. The sound-receiving module receives an audio to generate an input signal. The processor electrically connected to the sound-receiving module compares the input signal and a predetermined value. When the input signal is less than the predetermined value, the processor adjusts the first and second sound signals for the first sound device receiving the second sound signal and for the second sound device receiving the first sound signal.

  • Patent number: 9337421
Abstract: The present invention relates to a phase-change memory device structure and the materials used. The structure comprises a substrate, a single or multiple sandwich-memory-unit(s), a first electrode, and a second electrode. The sandwich-memory-unit contains an upper barrier layer, a lower barrier layer, and a memory layer therebetween. The thickness of the memory-layer is less than 30 nm. The present invention provides a phase-change memory device with a high Tc and a low volume changing rate during phase-change.

  • Publication number: 20130292631
Abstract: The invention discloses a phase-change memory device structure and the materials used. The structure includes a substrate; a single or multiple sandwich-memory-unit(s); a first and a second electrode electrically connecting to the first and the second sides of the sandwich-memory-units and a dielectric layer used as the insulator required by the memory device. The sandwich-memory-unit composes of a memory-layer, thinner than 30 nm, sandwiched between an upper and a lower barrier-layers. The barrier-layer is either an electrical conductor in case of vertical memory-cells or an electrical insulator in case of parallel memory-cells. The sandwich-memory-unit is characteristic of increased crystallization temperature of at least 50° C. as the thickness of the memory-layer is reduced from 15 to 5 nm; and the volume change of the memory-layer is less than 3% during phase change. The thickness and memory-material in each sandwich-memory-unit can be different in the multiple sandwich-memory-units.

  • Patent number: 6730235
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and an apparatus enabling water-conditioning processes to be performed using a heater initially equipped with an aquarium tank for the purpose of supplying heat. Instead of allowing heat to propagate globally, reactor housing is introduced in the tank enclosing the heater so as to form a localized hot zone. The temperatures of the hot zone are maintained at high degrees sufficient to initiate various water-conditioning processes with efficiency, including alga control, ammonia control, water-hardness control, and sterilization. The construction of the reactor housing is simple and inexpensive, and its geometry is compatible to a heater which can be purchased commercially. In short, multiple functions are added to a heater installed in an aquarium, performing water-conditioning processes in addition to the basic task of supplying heat, allowing water quality of the aquarium to be improved and maintained.

  • Publication number: 20030167559
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and two apparatuses enabling refrigerated wearing and dressing. A refrigerant substance in condensed phase undergoing sublimation or evaporation into gaseous phase will absorb heat. By convecting the sublimated or evaporated phase of the refrigerant substance onto areas surrounding a wearing or a dressing, temperatures nearby can thus be lowered, resulting in comfort on wearing or dressing. Refrigeration in this manner is effective, since sublimation heat and evaporation heat are much more pronounced than can otherwise be obtained via using a battery or a dry cell, for example. Refrigerant can be placed in a container providing convenience in use, allowing for refill or replacement when depleted. Refrigerated clothes, hats, hamlets, etc., are in great need by our communities, in situations whenever it requires walking across air-conditioned stations, working under the sun or before a furnace, driving a motorcycle with an air-tight hamlet, and so forth.

  • Publication number: 20030171079
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and two apparatuses enabling suction control over surface cleaning and scraping. Suction control is necessary so as to obtain good contact between a cleaning/scraping pad and the surface to be cleaned/scraped, thereby achieving efficiency. Also, suction control is required so as to collect debris falling off during the cleaning/scraping process, which may otherwise contaminate the environment. Suction control provides guidance for the movement of a cleaning/scraping pad sucked on the surface of an object. This implies convenience when cleaning/scraping over a large surface area is attempted. Suction action is generated by convecting away surrounding fluid, being either water or air, to produce local negative pressure at the pad position. The disclosed devices are most desirable in cleaning water containers, such as a fish tank or a swimming pool, as well as to collect dusts on scraping the surface of a mortar wall.
