Abstract: In some implementations, one or more semiconductor processing tools may form a first terminal of a semiconductor device by depositing a tunneling oxide layer on a first portion of a body of the semiconductor device, depositing a first volume of polysilicon-based material on the tunneling oxide layer, and depositing a first dielectric layer on an upper surface and a second dielectric layer on a side surface of the first volume of polysilicon-based material. The one or more semiconductor processing tools may form a second terminal of the semiconductor device by depositing a second volume of polysilicon-based material on a second portion of the body of the semiconductor device. A side surface of the second volume of polysilicon-based material is adjacent to the second dielectric layer.

Abstract: An electronic device and a display method for word information thereof are provided. The display method for word information includes following steps: identifying a user to acquire a user characteristic; acquiring a user word table according to the user characteristic; detecting a selected word pointed by a pointing device; and when the selected word is recorded in the user word table, displaying the word information corresponding to the selected word according to the user word table, wherein the word information includes at least one of word translation and a word note corresponding to the selected word.

Abstract: An interactive method to be performed by a digital signage for interaction with a portable electronic device includes configuring the digital signage to establish a wireless communication link with the portable electronic device, to generate playback signals associated with advertisement contents stored in the digital signage, to transmit the playback signals to the portable electronic device, wherein the playback signals enable the portable electronic device to display the advertisement contents and to enable transmission of a corresponding select signal to the digital signage in response to user operation associated with a selected displayed one of the advertisement contents, and to process the select signal.

Abstract: A projection system and a method thereof are provided. The projection method includes the following steps. First, a processing module of an electronic device acquires a process ID of an application program via an operating system of the electronic device. Next, the processing module extracts display data corresponding to a window of the application program from a frame buffer of the electronic device stepwise with a predetermined frequency. Next, the processing module produces a plurality of pictures based on the extracted display data with the predetermined frequency. Next, the processing module transmits the pictures to a projector according to a predetermined transmission protocol. Finally, the projector projects the pictures sequentially.
