Abstract: A counterweight assembly includes a tubular grip shaft attached to a golf club, a bearing member mounted in the tubular grip shaft and having a first fastening device, a locating member having a second fastening device fastened to the first fastening device of the bearing member, and a counterweight having an outer thread threaded into an inner thread in the locating member. Through the relative arrangement of the bearing member, locating member and counterweight of the counterweight assembly, every user can replace the counterweight to adjust the overall weight of the golf club for best fit for swinging. Thus, consumers need not to purchase various golf clubs of different counterweight ratios but simply to select a set of different weights of counterweights for the counterweight assembly, saving the cost.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a modular tuner and a method for manufacturing the same. The modular tuner includes a metallic casing, a tuner adaptor and a plurality of metallic elastic pieces. The metallic casing has an opening, and the tuner adaptor has a metallic outer surface. The plurality of metallic elastic pieces and the metallic casing are integrally formed by stamping followed by bending, and the metallic elastic pieces extend outwardly from the edge of the opening of the metallic casing and respectively interfere with the metallic outer surface of the tuner adaptor.

Abstract: A bi-component handle sleeve assembly includes an elastic handle sleeve having an annular flange extending around one of the tubular body thereof, and an elastic grip stop shaped like a short annular tube and sleeved onto one end of the tubular body of the handle sleeve and stopped against the annular flange and defining with the abutted annular flange and the tubular body of the handle sleeve an annular accommodation chamber for accommodating a resilient strip or tape being wrapped about the tubular body of the handle sleeve to prevent displacement of the installed resilient strip or tape.

Abstract: A method of mounting a grip jacket to a handlebar includes the steps of sleeving an elongated detachable bagging onto a handlebar, the detachable bagging having a closed first end and a closed second end for preventing the handlebar from entering an inside of the detachable bagging, by making the first end be stopped against a distal end of the handlebar and then gradually pushing the detachable bagging toward the handlebar until the detachable bagging fully covers the handlebar; mounting a grip jacket onto the detachable bagging in such a way that the detachable bagging is located between the grip jacket and the handlebar and the second end is exposed outside; and finally drawing the detachable bagging to remove it from the handlebar.

Abstract: A handgrip mounting method for mounting a handgrip onto a handlebar includes the steps of a) applying a piece of releasable paper to one of a handlebar and a tubular handgrip, b) sleeving the tubular handgrip onto the handlebar to have the piece of releasable paper be sandwiched in between the handlebar and the tubular handgrip in such a manner that an end portion of the piece of releasable paper is exposed outside of the handlebar and the tubular handgrip, and c) pulling the end portion of the piece of releasable paper to remove the piece of releasable paper away from the handlebar and the tubular handgrip.
