  • Publication number: 20240096787
Abstract: A semiconductor device structure is provided. The semiconductor device structure includes an interconnection structure over a semiconductor substrate and a conductive pillar over the interconnection structure. The conductive pillar has a protruding portion extending towards the semiconductor substrate from a lower surface of the conductive pillar. The semiconductor device structure also includes an upper conductive via between the conductive pillar and the interconnection structure and a lower conductive via between the upper conductive via and the interconnection structure. The lower conductive via is electrically connected to the conductive pillar through the upper conductive via. The conductive pillar extends across opposite sidewalls of the upper conductive via and opposite sidewalls of the lower conductive via. A top view of an entirety of the second conductive via is separated from a top view of an entirety of the protruding portion.

  • Publication number: 20100176228
Abstract: This specification discloses an improved safety switch of a shredder. The paper outlet at the bottom of the shredder housing is provided with several switches around it, each of which is connected by a wire with another one in series to form a switch circuit. The switch circuit is connected through wires with a shredder control circuit to form s closed circuit. The switch is triggered by an external force, and the signal is transferred to the next switch. If the next switch is not triggered by an external force, the signal is interrupted and stopped. In other words, the switch circuit cannot form a closed circuit with the shredder control circuit and the shredder cannot function.

  • Publication number: 20100176229
Abstract: This specification discloses a bin full detector for shredder. A bin full detector is disposed in the bottom of the shredder housing at a position not lower than the blade set of the shredder. The bin full detector includes at least one emitted for emitting an infrared beam downward to the paper chips and at least one receiver for receiving the reflected signal. The feedback signals from chips of different distances or heights are converted into different voltages and sent to a signal processing circuit. A microcontroller analyzes, computes, and compares the signals. Finally, a displaying unit shows to the user whether the paper chips in the bin need to be emptied.

  • Publication number: 20100150040
Abstract: This specification discloses a wirelessly controlled idle power consumption management device for electronic products. It comprises at least a wireless detector and a wireless remote control. Each of the wireless detectors has an AC plug and at least one power outlet for other electronics in the exterior and at least one microcontroller, at least one RF module and at least one electrical current detector in the interior. The wireless remote control also has at least one microcontroller and at least one RF module inside. When the wireless remote control and at least one wireless detector join together, the wireless remote control can simultaneously start several wireless detectors, making them detect whether an electronic product is in use or in an idle state. In the former case, the electrical power supply is maintained. In the latter case, the power supply to the electronic product is shut down after a certain time, reducing the idle power consumption thereof to zero.
