    Abstract: A method includes forming a first gate dielectric, a second gate dielectric, and a third gate dielectric over a first semiconductor region, a second semiconductor region, and a third semiconductor region, respectively. The method further includes depositing a first lanthanum-containing layer overlapping the first gate dielectric, and depositing a second lanthanum-containing layer overlapping the second gate dielectric. The second lanthanum-containing layer is thinner than the first lanthanum-containing layer. An anneal process is then performed to drive lanthanum in the first lanthanum-containing layer and the second lanthanum-containing layer into the first gate dielectric and the second gate dielectric, respectively. During the anneal process, the third gate dielectric is free from lanthanum-containing layers thereon.

    Abstract: Prebiotic composition including grape ferment, a first component, and a second component is provided. The first component is lactitol or xylooligosaccharide, and the second component is fructooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide, or inulin. The first component is different from the second component, and a weight ratio of the grape ferment, the first component and the second component falls within the range of 1-2:1-2:1-2. Based on this, the prebiotic composition prepared by grape ferment can be used to promote intestinal health of a subject in need thereof and enhance antioxidation in the subject.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a vertical light-emitting diode chip structure capable of measuring temperature and a temperature measurement calibration method thereof. A semiconductor epitaxial structure and a metal film resistance temperature measurement structure are separately arranged on the upper plane of a transverse high thermal conductivity extension structure. Through the high thermal conductivity characteristic of the transverse high thermal conductivity extension structure, the temperature of an active layer of the semiconductor epitaxial structure can be quickly transferred to the metal film resistance temperature measurement structure. The temperature measurement calibration method comprises: placing a plurality of connected and uncut package support plates into a constant temperature device at the same time to obtain a temperature calibration relation for different package support plates at the same time to reduce the temperature calibration cost in a batch mass production mode.

    Abstract: The present invention is a vehicle positioning system and a vehicle positioning method for a container yard. The system includes a cloud server and a gate checking device. The gate checking device is communicatively connected to the cloud server, and senses a first vehicle to generate a first gate sensing signal and a second gate sensing signal. The cloud server receives and fuses the first gate sensing signal and the second gate sensing signal to generate first vehicle identity information and first vehicle positioning information. Since the present invention generates the first vehicle identity information and the first vehicle positioning information by fusing at least two sensing signals, the present invention can improve positioning accuracy and reliability by adopting a positioning technology combining multiple factors. Further, there is no need to install a transmitter or a receiver on the vehicle, improving a success rate to install the present invention.

    Abstract: A smooth muscle stimulation device is intended for use with any one of a variety of electrosurgical units (ESU's) of the type used in tissue resection and other procedures that risk damage to non-target tissues. The smooth muscle stimulation devices typically include an enclosure with stimulation circuitry configured to generate a stimulatory electrical signal which when delivered to a target anatomy induces an observable response in the target anatomy during a medical procedure. An input connector on the enclosure detachably couples to a power output of the ESU, and an output connector on the enclosure detachably couples to an electrosurgical tool.
