    Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of forming the same is disclosed. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a first well region disposed within the substrate, a second well region disposed adjacent to the first well region and within the substrate, and an array of well regions disposed within the first well region. The first well region includes a first type of dopants, the second well region includes a second type of dopants that is different from the first type of dopants, and the array of well regions include the second type of dopants. The semiconductor device further includes a metal silicide layer disposed on the array of well regions and within the substrate, a metal silicide nitride layer disposed on the metal silicide layer and within the substrate, and a contact structure disposed on the metal silicide nitride layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an endoscope with function of acoustic wave detection and voiceprint comparison. The endoscope includes a flexible tube, a hand-held host and a sound receiving element. The hand-held host includes an analog-to-digital converter, a storage unit and a digital signal processor. The sound receiving element is disposed at the control module. The sound receiving element is used to convert surrounding acoustic waves to acoustic analog signals, and transmits the acoustic analog signals to the analog-to-digital converter of the hand-held host via the signal wires. The analog-to-digital converter converts the acoustic analog signals to digital signals, and transmits the digital signals to the digital signal processor for comparing the digital signals with the voiceprint data stored in the storage unit. The digital signal processor makes the comparison result shown at the display of the hand-held host.

    Abstract: An endoscope with adjustable viewing angle has a viewing angle adjusting mechanism mounted on a handheld body and a control module mounted inside the handheld body. The viewing angle adjusting mechanism has a cable seat pivotally mounted on the handheld body, an adjustable knob mounted on the cable seat, a flexible tube, a hollow flexible cable joined with one end of a flexible tube, and two pull strings between the other end of the flexible tube and the adjusting knob. Given that, while the cable seat is rotated, the image acquisition module on one end of the flexible cable can be controlled to rotate synchronously. The relative pulling and releasing movement of the two pull strings driven by turning the adjusting knob makes the flexible tube bend correspondingly so as to further adjust the viewing angle of the image acquisition module.
