    Abstract: A method for mobility enhancement in wireless communication systems is provided. The method is performed by a User Equipment (UE) configured with a first Small Data Transmission (SDT) configuration by a first cell. The method includes receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) release message including a suspend configuration from the first cell; transitioning to an RRC INACTIVE state in response to receiving the RRC release message; receiving, in the RRC INACTIVE state, a System Information Block Type 1 (SIB1) including a second SDT configuration from a second cell; camping on the second cell in response to receiving the SIB1 from the second cell; and while the UE is camping on the second cell, refraining from using the first SDT configuration to initiate an SDT procedure associated with the second cell in a case that the UE does not support performing the SDT procedure associated with the second cell.

    Abstract: A swiveling locking mechanism of a telescopic rod of a mop, including: an internal clamping sleeve, an external clamping cylinder, and a U-shaped locking arm. The external clamping cylinder is mounted on the internal clamping sleeve and the lower portion of the external clamping cylinder is constructed as a trumpet-shaped opening mounted from top to bottom on the conic body. The U-shaped locking arm includes an eccentric cam is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the axle hole of the internal clamping sleeve. Thus, when moving downward the U-shaped locking arm, the external clamping cylinder rises, and the trumpet-shaped opening of the external clamping cylinder is brought in a loosened position. As a result, the indentation is loosened and the internal rod and the external rod are brought into the unlocked and telescopic state and vice versa.

    Abstract: A powerless diversion plate of a ceiling air-conditioning circulation machine includes a bearing block and a bearing within a circular inflow/outflow hole for installing a diversion disc having a plurality of radial separation pieces. A plurality of conic and ring-shaped diversion pieces are positioned around the connection shaft. The diversion disc is separated by the ring-shaped diversion pieces and the radial separation pieces to create air inflow/outflow zones. The diversion disc has a downward protruding middle part and a staged structure at the rim thereof to form a predetermined shape. This obviates a powered motor, as the radial separation pieces of the diversion disc serve as a working surface, and respond to forced air for causing the diversion disc to be driven in 360° rotation to diffuse air downward or suck air upward in a flowing way, thereby enhancing air-outflowing and convection efficiency and reducing energy consumption and carbon release.
