  • Patent number: 7905631
Abstract: An illumination system includes a coherent light source providing an illumination beam, a light integrator positioned on a transmission path of the illumination beam, and a first actuator connected to the light integrator. The light integrator has a light entering end and a light exit end opposite to the light entering end, and the light entering end faces the coherent light source. The first actuator is capable of driving the light integrator to about a rotation axis perpendicular to a light axis of the illumination beam passing through the light integrator, so as to change a position at the light entering end entered by the illumination beam.

  • Publication number: 20090207410
Abstract: A position adjustment mechanism for laser optics includes a fixed mount, a fastening member, and a position regulation device. The fixed mount is connected to a heat-dissipating mount and positioned near the optics mount. The fastening member penetrates the fixed mount and the optics mount to connect the fixed mount with the optics mount and maintains a gap between the fixed mount and the optics mount. The position regulation device is positioned in the vicinity of the fastening member and in the gap between the fixed mount and the optics mount. The position regulation device presses against the optics mount to adjust the position of the reflective element relative to the light-emitting device.

  • Patent number: 7540453
Abstract: A position adjusting device includes a base unit with spaced-apart first and second lateral plates. A bracket is elongated and interposed between the first and second lateral plates for mounting an integration rod, and includes opposite first and second open ends. A connecting mechanism includes two resilient pins connected respectively between the bracket and the first lateral plate and between the bracket and the second lateral plate. The resilient pins are proximate to the first open end of the bracket. An adjusting member extends through the first lateral plate, and abuts against one side of the bracket proximate to the second open end. The adjusting member drives the bracket to move along a first axis and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The first and second axes are perpendicular to an extension direction of the bracket.
