  • Publication number: 20040212265
Abstract: A motor rotor includes a magnetic yoke and a rubber magnet located within the magnetic yoke. At least one pattern is formed on a surface of the rubber magnet, which faces the magnetic yoke. The manufacturing method of the motor rotor is to provide a rubber magnet having flat surfaces, and at least one pattern is formed on a surface of the rubber magnet. The rubber magnet is curved to correspond with the inner surface of the magnetic yoke by the way that the patterned surface of the rubber magnet faces outside. The rubber magnet is put inside the magnetic yoke.

  • Publication number: 20040143957
Abstract: An assembly method and fixture for assembling a supporting disk of a motor rotor according to the invention is based on an “adjusting, and fixing” concept. A functional axis fixture and an adjusting axis fixture, which can match with each other for holding the supporting disk and the rotor, are first prepared. The functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the functional axis fixture, and the geometric axis of the rotor is aligned with the geometric axis of the adjusting axis fixture. By engaging the functional axis fixture and the adjusting axis fixture, the functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the rotor. Therefore, the bias and concentricity can be precisely controlled and improved.

  • Patent number: 6678234
Abstract: A method for reducing vibration of a motor having a carrier interface. First, a rotor having a carrier interface and a shaft is provided. A rough sheet is mounted to the carrier interface to fix the object disposed thereon. Then, the rough sheet is polished by a polisher along a direction perpendicular to axis of the shaft. Finally, the rotor is combined with a stator so as to form a motor.

  • Publication number: 20020075788
Abstract: A method for reducing vibration of a motor having a carrier interface is disclosed. The method comprises the steps as follows. First, a rotor having a carrier interface, said rotor including a shaft is provided. The carrier interface includes a rough sheet such that object positioned thereon can be fixed properly. Then, the rough sheet is polished by a polisher. Meanwhile, the polisher moves along a direction perpendicular to axe of the shaft. For example, the polisher moves from the outer periphery to the inner periphery of the rough sheet. Finally, the rotor is combined with a stator so as to form a motor.

  • Patent number: 5977680
Abstract: An improved method for stator of a motor, which is related to a shape of a stator made of laminated silicon steel in a motor; the prime of the method is to reduce the cogging torque upon the motor running so as to reduce the vibration of motor, and to increase the performance of the motor as well; the result of such method can be used for a stator made of laminated silicon steel in a motor so as to improve the structure of a stator in conventional motor, which used to generate a cogging torque.
