    Abstract: A homogeneous composite substrate includes a woven cloth and at least one fiber membrane. The woven cloth includes a plurality of first fibers. The fiber membrane is disposed on at least one surface of the woven cloth, and the fiber membrane includes a plurality of second fibers, in which a material of the first fibers and a material of the second fibers are the same, a fiber diameter of each first fiber is larger than or equal to 20 ?m and smaller than or equal to 130 ?m, and a fiber diameter of each second fiber is larger than or equal to 3 ?m and smaller than or equal to 10 ?m.

    Abstract: A copper clad laminate is introduced. Cyclic olefin copolymer fabric functions as a base fabric for manufacturing the copper clad laminate to reduce dielectric constant (Dk) and dissipation factor (Df) of the copper clad laminate. The flame-retarded curing agent included in the resin for use in manufacturing the copper clad laminate is halogen-free and does not cause environmental pollution. The cyclic phosphate structure of the flame-retarded curing agent enhances thermal stability and chemical stability of the copper clad laminate thus manufactured. During the manufacturing process of the copper clad laminate, an annealing process is performed while thermal curing and lamination is taking place to prevent bending otherwise resulting from a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between cyclic olefin copolymer fabric and glass fiber fabric.

    Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus of conductive fiber is provided. The manufacturing apparatus includes a spinning unit, a conductive wire supply unit, and an insulating material supply unit. The spinning unit has at least one spinneret. The spinneret has a wire lead-in portion and a liquid lead-in portion connected with the wire lead-in portion. The liquid lead-in portion has a containing space and a capillary, and the wire lead-in portion is disposed in the containing space. The conductive wire supply unit is connected with the wire lead-in portion to lead a conductive wire through the capillary. The insulating material supply unit is connected with the liquid lead-in portion to supply a liquid insulating material to the containing space. The liquid insulating material is covered on the surface of the conductive wire passing through the capillary.
