Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for analyzing a relation between a drug and a protein. Further, the present invention relates to drug repositioning. The method for analyzing a relation between a drug and a protein may include a protein location information inputting step of receiving protein location information representing a location where the protein included in a training data set is present in a cell, with regard to the training data set including at least one combination data of the drug and the protein having interrelation; and a classifier training step of training the classifier for determining a correlation between the drug and the protein by using the training data set based on protein feature information of the protein including the protein location information and drug feature information of the drug.

Abstract: Provided are a sequence alignment apparatus and method for searching a reference sequence for a candidate position matching with a fragment that is a portion of a read sequence, and mapping the reference sequence and the read sequence to each other based on the candidate position. Accordingly, it is possible to form an alignment permitting all variations and errors that may exist in a read sequence, to search the entire area of a read sequence for variations and errors, and to form an alignment with less computation without permitting backtracking, unlike existing sequence alignment technology.

Abstract: A system and a method for aligning a first and second genome sequences in a reference sequence includes a seed generation unit configured to generate one or more fragments from each of the first sequence and the second sequence and constitute a first seed group and a second seed group from the one or more fragments, a mapping value calculation unit configured to divide the reference sequence into a plurality of sections, and calculate a first mapping value of seeds included in the first seed group and a second mapping value of seeds included in the second seed group for each section, and an alignment unit configured to select a first section in which both the first and second mapping values are greater than or equal to a reference value and search for mapping positions of the first sequence and the second sequence in the first section.
