Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of pharmaceutics and particularly provides a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition of sivelestat and a preparation method therefor. The pharmaceutical composition included sivelestat and a phospholipid. The present disclosure uses sivelestat, which is poorly soluble in water, as an active ingredient and the phospholipid as a stabilizer. Particles of sivelestat have excellent aerodynamic performance, good stability, a small amount of auxiliary materials, and a simple preparation process. After inhalation, the drug stays in the lungs for a long time and has a good sustained-release effect and a good industrial production prospect.
