    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing cresol from phenol and methanol via gas phase alkylation, in which phenol and methanol are preheated and mixed with diluent gas, then the mixture continuously go through a catalyst bed comprising the catalyst for alkylation of phenol with methanol, to produce cresol by gas phase reaction at the reaction temperature of 200-500° C. and the weight hourly space velocity of 0.5˜20 h?1. The catalyst for alkylation of phenol with methanol is obtained by modification steps and using ZSM-5 zeolite, MCM-22 zeolite or Beta zeolite as an active composition. Using phenol and methanol as feedstock, the cresol selectivity can reach to 90%, and the p-cresol selectivity can reach to 58%. The catalyst is environmental friendly and non-corrosive to the equipment with a good stability and a broad prospect in industrial application.

    Abstract: An annealing separator for manufacturing grain-oriented silicon steel with mirror-like surface having good magnetic performance consists of the composition of which is 77˜98 by wt % of Al2O3 powder, 1˜8 by wt % of alkaline earth powder, 1˜15 by wt % of alkali metal chloride and/or alkaline earth metal chloride. The annealing separator of the invention can avoid forming a glass-film undercoating on the surface of the steel sheet during high-temperature annealing, and at the same time, the oxide embedded at near-surface of the sheet is removed by means of corrosive reaction of the chloride, so that a produce with smooth surface and stable magnetic performance is obtained.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing lubricating base oil with a low cloud point and a high viscosity index. In the method, a lubricating base oil with a low pour point, a low cloud point and a high viscosity index is produced by a hydrorefining-isomerization/asymmetrical cracking-hydrofinishing in the presence of hydrogen, wherein a highly waxy heavy fraction oil having an initial boiling point of 300° C. to 460° C., a wax content of 5% or more, a pour point of ?20° C. or more and a cloud point of ?5° C. or more is used as a raw material, and naphtha and middle fraction oil being co-produced. The method is characterized mainly in the high yield of heavy base oil, a low pour point and cloud point, a high viscosity and viscosity index of the base oil.

    Abstract: The present invention refers to a chromium-free insulation coating material for non-oriented silicon steel, comprising, in parts by weight, the following components: metal dihydrogen phosphate salt of 100 parts, epoxy resin of 10˜60 parts, naphthenate drier or isooctanoate metal salt drier of 0.001˜10 parts, organic solvent of 0.001˜100 parts and pure water of 60˜2000 parts. The metal dihydrogen phosphate salt is Al(H2PO4)3, Mg(H2PO4)2, Ca(H2PO4)2 or Zn(H2PO4)2; the epoxy resin is water-soluble epoxy resin or epoxy resin emulsion. Chromium-free insulation coating material of the present invention, after being coated on non-oriented silicon steel, renders highly transparent appearance, and has excellent insulativity, corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, weldability and manufacturability, so as to eliminate defects of the existing chromium-free coating, such as sticky and un-wear-resistant and to meet environment protection requirements.
