The edge computing system collects multi-source heterogeneous medical data output from the ICU diagnosis and treatment devices and performs preprocessing, stores preprocessed data into an edge database, and connects to the cloud platform for data transmission and business interaction. The cloud platform connects to a plurality of edge computing systems to perform computation and processing of massive data. The medical-staff handheld terminals and the data terminals of wards are used to issue service instructions to the cloud platform to obtain the required third-party-business services.

The method includes: putting patient information and real-time received mechanical ventilation therapy data into a standard data structure object respectively to form standardized data; the mechanical ventilation therapy data comprises ventilator data; performing data cleaning on the standardized data to obtain a medical data set; performing data labeling on the mechanical ventilation therapy data in the medical data set; the data labeling comprises: marking amplitudes, frequencies, and shapes of waveform data, marking measurement values of numerical data, and marking abnormal events; when a report generation instruction is received, generating a mechanical ventilation therapy data analysis report based on the medical data set with the data labeling.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and system for generating a data analysis report of a multi-parameter monitoring device. The method includes: receiving, by an application server, multi-parameter data transmitted in real time by the multi-parameter monitoring device, and storing the received multi-parameter data in a database server; the application server receiving a report generation instruction transmitted by a client, the instruction including a client identifier used for indicating a permission of the client; if the permission is a first mode permission, transmitting the multi-parameter data to the client, to allow the client to process the multi-parameter data, so as to generate a multi-parameter analysis report and a report attachment; and if the permission is a second mode permission, the application server processing the multi-parameter data to generate the multi-parameter analysis report and the report attachment, and transmitting the multi-parameter analysis report and the report attachment to the client.
