Abstract: A package structure of an air gap type semiconductor device includes a carrier; a semiconductor chip; and a bonding layer disposed between the carrier and the semiconductor chip. A first cavity is formed in the bonding layer and enclosed by the semiconductor chip and the carrier to at least aligned with a portion of an active region of the semiconductor chip. An encapsulation layer and the bonding layer are on a same side of the carrier to encapsulate the semiconductor chip and an exposed region of the bonding layer. At least one portion of the encapsulation layer is formed between the semiconductor chip and the carrier along a direction perpendicular to a lateral surface of the carrier. Interconnection structures formed on a side of the carrier different from a side with the bonding layer. Each interconnection structure is electrically connected to a corresponding input/output electrode of the semiconductor chip.

Abstract: The energy storage module of the battery pack is located in the housing, the heat insulation panel is located between the energy storage module and the housing, the heat insulation panel includes a heat insulation layer and an outer packaging layer. The outer packaging layer wraps the outside of the heat insulation layer and compresses a thickness of the elastic heat, insulation layer, and a ventilation channel is formed between the heat insulation panel and the energy storage module. The outer packaging layer is configured to release compression of the elastic heat insulation layer when the energy storage module reaches a thermal runaway temperature, and the heat insulation panel is filled between the housing and the energy storage module, thereby slowing down a speed at which heat passes through a side panel and spreads to the outside of the battery pack along the ventilation channel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunctional fuse. The multifunctional fuse includes a fuse element, a pre-charging resistor, and an inner housing. The inner housing is provided with a receiving cavity, the fuse element is received in the receiving cavity, and the pre-charging resistor is wound around an outer side of the inner housing and is in contact with the inner housing. The multifunctional fuse of the present disclosure resolves problems of large volumes and high costs of a pre-charging resistor and a fuse in a high voltage circuit in the related art.

The method includes: a home base station detects current location information and matches the current location information with pre-stored location information, and sends a registration request requiring for allocation of frequency point information to the home base station manager when the match fails, and the registration request includes the current location information; the home base station manager selects a frequency point for the home base station according to the current location information, and sends the frequency point information to the home base station. The method and system not only enable the home base station manager to flexibly allocate frequency point information for home base station according to different environments, but also accelerate the speed of allocating frequency point information for home base station.
