    Abstract: A hydraulic-electric coupling driven multi-actuator system and control method are provided. The system comprises one or more hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators, first inverters, control valves, centralized hydraulic units and control units, wherein each hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator is correspondingly connected with one first inverter and one control valve; the centralized hydraulic units are connected with the control valves and configured to supply oil for the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators and to perform power compensation; and the control units are respectively connected with the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators, and each control unit is configured to control output torque of a first motor of the corresponding hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator based on pressure information of the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator, such that pressure of driving cavities of the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators is equal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a flow control system for digital and mechanical redundant pressure compensation. On the basis of an original pressure compensation valve, two-position three-way electromagnetic valves are added to control the opening and closing of pressure compensation valves. Furthermore, pressure sensors and a controller are added, so that the system has a digital pressure compensation function. When the pressure sensor breaks down, the flow control system is switched to a mechanical compensation mode to achieve mechanical pressure compensation, the problem that system flow cannot be controlled when the sensor breaks down is solved, and the purpose of redundancy control is achieved. Moreover, the pressure compensation valve in the loop where the highest load is located can be controlled to be completely opened through the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve to reduce pressure loss of the valve port, and the pressure is not affected by load fluctuation.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a load-sensing multi-way valve with a variable differential pressure, where each valve group uses a new element: an electro-hydraulic pressure compensation valve, so as to implement continuous real-time adjustment and control of compensated differential pressure and real-time position feedback and monitoring of a compensation valve trim, and overcome a flow mismatch problem of a conventional LS system in a flow saturation working condition and problems of a fixed shunting proportion of an LUDV system and poor operation coordination of actuators. The load-sensing multi-way valve with a variable differential pressure disclosed in the present invention has advantages such as strong working condition applicability, high flow distribution accuracy, and strong technicality.
