    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a game character rendering method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium. The method includes: obtaining a mesh model corresponding to each part of the game character, when a triggering operation for changing the game character's equipment is detected; determining, according to the triggering operation for the changing equipment, equipment texture and equipment data corresponding to each part; obtaining a combined game character, by combining mesh models and equipment textures corresponding to respective parts based on the equipment data; and rendering the combined game character. The present disclose may recombine parts obtained after splitting a mesh model of a game character during equipment change of the character, and then perform integral rendering, such that only one rendering is required, and the efficiency of rendering is improved.
