    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bio-based epoxy chain extender and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of chain extenders, and the preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing ESO and CD and carrying out catalytic reaction to obtain ESOn-CD; and (2) mixing and heating the ESOn-CD with concentrated sulfuric acid, dropwise adding a mixture of glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide for stirring reaction, and after the stirring reaction, carrying out extraction and separation to remove a solvent to obtain the bio-based epoxy chain extender. The present disclosure also provides a bio-based epoxy chain extender prepared by the preparation method.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a biodegradable high-barrier packaging film, a preparation method and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of biodegradable packaging film processing. The biodegradable high-barrier packaging film includes 60-70 parts of polyglycolic acid (PGA), 40-30 parts of poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene adipate) (PBSA), and 0.1-0.7 part of ADR 4468 (copolymer of styrene, acrylate and glycidyl acrylate), where a sum of the PGA and the PBSA is 100 parts. The preparation method of the biodegradable high-barrier packaging film includes: mixing the PGA, the PBSA and ADR 4468 (copolymer of styrene, acrylate and glycidyl acrylate), and performing melting, extruding and granulating to obtain a blends masterbatch; then extrusion blowing the blends masterbatch into a film to obtain the biodegradable high-barrier packaging film.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation method of polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT)-polylactic acid (PLA) blend films modified by an epoxidized cardanol-based chain extender, belonging to the technical field of biodegradable film processing. The modified PBAT-PLA blend films include raw materials in parts by weight of 80-85 parts of PBAT, 15-20 parts of PLA, and 0.5-1.5 parts of the epoxidized chain extender, where the epoxidized chain extender is an epoxidized cardanol-based chain extender. The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing PBAT, PLA and the epoxidized chain extender, and performing melting, extruding and granulating to obtain a blends masterbatch, then extrusion blowing the blends masterbatch into a film to obtain the PBAT-PLA blend film modified by the epoxidized cardanol-based chain extender.
