A compression rate of the elastic component when the rotation mechanism rotates to the flattened state is greater than a compression rate of the elastic component when the rotation mechanism rotates to a folded state.

    Abstract: This application provides a rotating mechanism and an electronic device. The rotating mechanism includes a first housing connecting rod, a second housing connecting rod, a primary shaft, a first rotating door plate, a second rotating door plate, and a door plate swing arm. The first rotating door plate and the second rotating door plate are separately fixedly connected to the door plate swing arm. The door plate swing arm is rotatably connected to the primary shaft. The door plate swing arm is movably connected to the first housing, and the door plate swing arm is movably connected to the second housing.     Abstract: A reinforcement learning algorithm-based predictive control method for lateral and longitudinal coupled vehicle formation includes S1, combining a 3-DOF vehicle dynamics model that takes into account a nonlinear magic formula tire model with a lane keeping model and establishing a vehicle formation model; S2, constructing a distributed control framework and designing a local predictive controller for each following vehicle based on the vehicle formation model under the control framework; S3, using a reinforcement learning algorithm to solve the optimal control strategy of the local predictive controller, and applying the optimal control strategy to the target following vehicle. The present application completes the lateral and longitudinal coupled modeling of vehicle formation and considers the nonlinear characteristics of tires. In addition, the present application also transforms the global optimization problem of vehicle formation into a local optimization problem of each following vehicle.

The folding mechanism is applied to a housing apparatus of an electronic device, and is configured to connect two housings of the housing apparatus. The folding mechanism can form display accommodating space through automatic avoidance in a folding process, and a flexible display is accommodated in the display accommodating space, so that a folding action performed by the housing apparatus on the flexible display is stable, and a squeezing force is small. This helps reduce a risk that the flexible display is damaged due to excessive squeezing of the folding mechanism, and makes the flexible display more reliable.
