    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling an image sensor, a storage medium, and a movable object. The apparatus for controlling an image sensor includes: a data obtaining unit configured to obtain parameter data related to one or more moving scenarios; and an instruction generation unit configured to generate, based on the parameter data, an instruction for controlling operation modes of the image sensor, where the moving scenarios are scenarios in which a movable object with the image sensor is located; and the operation modes correspond to setting manners of active pixels of the image sensor. According to the solutions of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, different operation modes are set for the image sensor in different scenarios, so that while sensing requirements in different scenarios are met, the power consumption can be reduced and requirements for a system can be lowered as far as possible.
