The battery cell includes a housing assembly, an electrode assembly, and a current collecting member. The housing assembly includes an electrode lead-out portion for inputting or outputting electrical energy. The electrode assembly is provided in the housing assembly, and the electrode assembly has a tab. The current collecting member is provided in the housing assembly, and the current collecting member is configured to electrically connect the tab and the electrode lead-out portion. The current collecting member includes a body and an elastic portion connected to the body, one of the body and the elastic portion is welded to the tab, and the other is electrically connected to the electrode lead-out portion, and the elastic portion is configured to cushion vibrations between the electrode assembly and the housing assembly.

Abstract: The present application relates to a battery cell manufacturing device and method. The battery cell comprises an electrode sheet and a separator. The electrode sheet has a free end in its own extension direction. The battery cell manufacturing device includes a winding pin and a lamination assembly. The winding pin is configured to wind the electrode sheet and separator into a battery cell. The lamination assembly is disposed upstream of the winding pin, and configured to connect the free end of the electrode sheet to the separator. The battery cell manufacturing device and method provided in the embodiments of the present application solve the problem that the free end of the electrode sheet is prone to shift relative to the separator during the battery cell production process, thus ensuring the safety of the battery cell produced.

Abstract: Disclosed are a winding apparatus and a winding method, the winding apparatus includes: a winding needle, being configured to wind a winding material; a power supply assembly, being configured to be electrically coupled to the winding needle, so as to form current on an axis of the winding needle; and a magnet supply assembly, being configured to provide a magnetic field to the winding needle, a magnetic field direction intersecting the axis of the winding needle so that the winding needle generates an ampere force for resisting a deformation of the winding needle in the magnetic field when the winding material is wound. By the above method, the present application may reduce the deformation of the winding needle, reduce a defective rate of a winding product formed by the winding of the winding material, and improve quality of the winding product.

The electrode assembly includes a main portion and a tab, the tab is located at an end portion of the main portion and is connected to the main portion; and the tab includes a shaping guide portion and a shaping deformation area, and the shaping guide portion guides the tab to generate predetermined deformation during shaping so as to form the shaping deformation area. By arranging the shaping guide portion on the tab, when a tab end face is shaped, the shaping guide portion guides the tab to generate roughly regular deformation, thereby forming the compact and flat tab end face. The arrangement of the shaping guide portion reduces the force required for the shrinking deformation of the tab and avoids damage or misalignment of an electrode plate.
