Abstract: A production system and method of dental instrument. After constructing a digital three-dimensional (3D) model of patient's teeth, pre-processing operations, comprising identifying gum lines on the digital 3D model and adding identifier information to the digital 3D model, are performed on the digital 3D model, and 3D printing is performed on the basis of the identifier information of the digital 3D model to obtain a first dental mold; and a film press processing is performed according to the first dental mold to obtain a second dental mold, identifier identification is performed on the second dental mold, and the identifier information is marked on the second dental mold according to the identification result to obtain a dental appliance. The production system and method are applied to the technical field of dental appliance production.

Abstract: An optical device and use thereof are provided. The optical device includes: at least one lens element, a lens barrel and at least one heating element, wherein the lens barrel has an installation cavity, the lens element is installed in the installation cavity, and the heating element is arranged to contact a surface of the lens element near an object side in a manner capable of being powered-on to generate heat; or, the heating element has at least two terminals, and at least two conductive elements are fixed at positions in contact and electrical connection with the corresponding terminals, respectively. According to the above technical solution, the heating element can generate heat, to heat the lens element so as to accelerate the dissipation of moisture attached to the surface, has an active defogging and defrosting function, and can prevent against fogging or frosting.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an optical lens and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the optical lens comprises: a lens barrel and at least one lens sheet fixed in the lens barrel, wherein the lens sheet on the most object side is overlapped by the lens barrel on a side surface and an upper surface of the lens sheet, wherein the lens barrel comprises a main body and an edge fastener, and wherein the edge fastener integrally extends from the main body and overlaps the lens sheet on the most object side, so that the lens sheet is smoothly wrapped and fixed to the lens barrel. In the case where the stability of the lens sheet on the most object side is ensured, excessive stretching and bending and excessive deformation of the lens barrel is avoided at the same time, thereby improving the reliability of the overall structure.

The box door self-locking mechanism comprises a lock (21) for locking the box door (12) and a door switch structure (22) which is fixed on the cashbox bracket (3) and used for opening or closing the box door (12). The lock (21) comprises a movable lock tongue (211) connected with the box door (12) and a lock cylinder (212) which is fixed on one wall of the box body (11) and movably buckled with the movable lock tongue (211). A triggering element which acts on the door switch structure is arranged on the box door (12) which is opened by the door switch structure when the box body (11) is pushed into the cashbox bracket (3) and which is locked by the door switch structure when the box body (11) is drawn out of the cashbox bracket (3).
