Information about the claim volumes for payers during a predetermined time range in a geographical region are used to estimate a subset of likely payer that a medical practice may like to enroll with. User-selectable billing frequency indicators for each of the payers identified in the subset facilitate claim billing management and enrollment strategies for billing personnel at the medical practice resulting in fewer disruptions in claim processing and cash flow as the medical practice is implemented on the practice management system.
