    Abstract: The present invention relates to a ceramic material structure (100) at least partly produced with a ceramic material comprising an effective quantity of Li—Al nesosilicates (euryptite) (110). In a further aspect thereof, the present invention relates to a process for producing the aforesaid ceramic material structure. The ceramic has a low thermal expansion and may be used for cooking plates, cooking utensils and similar applications requiring thermal shock resistance.
