The one or more devices receive, via the network, a notification from the video client that a user has selected the trigger and determine, based on the notification, particular secondary advertising content to be presented to the user. The one or more devices send, over the network, instructions to the video client to retrieve the particular secondary advertising content for presentation to the user.
