    Abstract: A scheduling method and system for the operation of reservoirs to recharge freshwater for repelling saltwater intrusion under changing conditions. Research data of a research area is collected, the research area is generalized, and the river network topology of the area is constructed; the research data acquire the seawater flow data of each station in the research area for N time periods, analyze the correlation between the flow of a predetermined station and the saltwater intrusion and build a seawater flow spatial-temporal evolution model; rainfall data and freshwater runoff of each station are acquired to analyze the variation trends of freshwater flow and hydrological regime of each station and a first ending point and build a freshwater flow spatial-temporal evolution model; and a scheduling model for recharging freshwater for repelling saltwater intrusion is built for simulation, a scheduling method is provided, and a scheduling scheme set is formed.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing an optoelectronic device. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: In S1, a monolithic circuit board including multiple device units is manufactured. In S2, a chip is mounted on the first pad of the device unit, and the chip is electrically connected to the second pad so that a monolithic circuit board with the chip is obtained. In S3, the monolithic circuit board with the chip is encapsulated to obtain a monolithic optoelectronic device. In S4, the monolithic optoelectronic device is cut into individual optoelectronic devices. The method for manufacturing an optoelectronic device of the present disclosure can solve problems of substrate deformation and chips falling off and cracking during the manufacturing process of large-size and thin optoelectronic devices, thereby improving the yield rate.

    Abstract: Provided is an LED support. The LED support includes a substrate, an inner electrode, a heat dissipation pad, an electrode pad, and a solder resist layer. The electrode pad includes a top connection layer and a bottom electrode layer that are laminated. The top connection layer is connected to the back of the substrate and is provided with a connection portion extending toward the heat dissipation pad and connected to the conductive through hole in the substrate. The connection portion is between the heat dissipation pad and the bottom electrode layer. The spacing between the bottom electrode layer and the heat dissipation pad is greater than the spacing between the connection portion and the heat dissipation pad. The solder resist layer is filled in a groove formed between the electrode pad and the heat dissipation pad on the back of the substrate, and covers the connection portion.
