In some embodiments, a drive system may include a frame; a conveyor configured to wrap around the frame and to rotate relative to the frame, wherein the conveyor defines an effective surface area configured to support and transport one or more objects; one or more rollers configured to drive the conveyor around the frame; a timing belt disposed beneath the frame and configured to support the conveyor as the conveyor rotates relative to the frame; a motor disposed beneath the frame, wherein the timing belt is operably engaged with the motor, and wherein the motor is configured to drive the one or more rollers and the timing belt such that an angular velocity of the conveyor and an angular velocity of the timing belt are equal.

Abstract: Tensioning devices, methods, and/or the like are provided. In some embodiments, a tensioning device may include a base, wherein the base defines one or more slots; a tensioning roller operably engaged to the base and configured to contact a timing belt, wherein the tensioning roller is disposed through one of the one or more slots; and a weldment configured to be attached to a conveyor device comprising the timing belt, wherein the weldment defines a pivot point about which one or more tension forces acting on the timing belt may be measured.

According to various embodiments, there is provided a conveyor system including a track defining a track length; two or more conveyor segments, wherein each conveyor segment including: a belt; a frame configured to support the belt; a hitch configured to operably connect the two or more conveyor segments; an adjustment point, wherein each conveyor segment defines a conveyor length; and an adjustment mechanism including a plurality of surfaces, wherein at least one of the plurality of surfaces is a nonconcentric surface, wherein the nonconcentric surface is configured to operably engage with the adjustment point such that the adjustment mechanism may be rotated in a first direction to increase the conveyor length by one increment and in a second direction to decrease the conveyor length by one increment.

Abstract: A biocontrol strain YW-1, a preparation method and application of a biocontrol agent thereof are provided. The strain is Myroides odoratimimus with the preservation number of CGMCC NO. 20620. The biocontrol agent of the biocontrol strain YW-1 is obtained by the following steps: oscillating culture the biocontrol strain YW-1 in a LB culture medium at 30 Celsius degrees and 180 rpm for 12-16 hours until a total concentration of living bacteria in a bacterial suspension is 1×109-1×1010 CFU/mL; centrifuging the bacterial suspension at 6000 rpm for 10 minutes to collect bacterial cells; and diluting the bacterial cells with sterilized water to obtain a concentration of 100 CFU/milliliter. By irrigating the root of every plant with 20 milliliters of the biocontrol agent when host plants are transplanted, it can effectively prevent soil-borne diseases such as fusarium wilt of melons, bacterial wilt of tomatoes and peppers, and Phytophthora capsici.
