A solid lip cosmetic with secondary adhesion resistance effect and has a good feeling of adhesion can be prepared by blending a copolymer containing a dimer acid ester, and/or a dimer acid ester as an oil component adhering to lips (adhesive oil component), and a phenyl-modified silicone as an oil component seeping into the surface upon application to the lips (seeping oil component).
