    Abstract: A dental handpiece includes a bur sleeve that detachably holds a dental treatment tool and a head portion configured to rotationally drives the bur sleeve about a central axis of a dental treatment tool. The bur sleeve is rotatably supported in a housing of the head portion via a rolling bearing. The rolling bearing includes an inner ring that supports the bur sleeve, an outer ring that is fixed to the housing, and a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring. A flow path of a cooling medium that communicates in an axial direction is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring or inside the outer ring.
