A fixing recess configured to receive the fixed end is provided at an end of the end face on a side closer to the body. At least part of an edge of the fixing recess on a side opposite to the body and at least part of an edge of the fixed end on the side opposite to the body has a protrusion-and-recess shape. The edge of the fixing recess and the edge of the fixed end are welded to each other.
