  • Patent number: 11781599
Abstract: An inner member of a constant velocity joint includes holding portions that hold roller assemblies. Each of the holding portions includes a first orthogonal part and a second orthogonal part brought into contact with an inner roller of the roller assembly. When first and second transmission shafts are coaxially disposed, top parts of the first and second orthogonal parts are brought into contact with the inner circumferential wall of the inner roller. The first and second orthogonal parts are each sectioned into a first curved surface extending from the proximal end of the holding portion to the top part and a second curved surface extending from the top part to the distal end of the holding portion. The curvature radius of the second curved surfaces is larger than the curvature radius of the first curved surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20200247231
Abstract: A vehicle cooling device includes a heat exchanger, an under cover, and a rear duct. The heat exchanger is arranged so as to be exposed to outside air that is taken into an inside of a vehicle from a front side of the vehicle and that flows backward. The under cover constitutes a lower wall surface of a front end portion of the vehicle. The under cover includes a front cover portion and a rear cover portion that can open and close an opening portion positioned on a rear side of the heat exchanger, and an actuator that drives opening and closing of the front cover portion and the rear cover portion. The rear duct is provided on a rear side of the heat exchanger, and guides, to the opening portion of the under cover, outside air that passes through the heat exchanger.

  • Publication number: 20200156574
Abstract: A bumper reinforcement includes a bumper reinforcement body that is disposed below a grille shutter and an impact transmission portion that is the same material as the bumper reinforcement body and is integral with the bumper reinforcement body. The bumper reinforcement body is a resin member. The impact transmission portion is configured to come into contact with a radiator support supporting a radiator at the time of collision to transmit an impact load to the radiator support.
