    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a switch circuit includes an output transistor, a charge pump circuit, and a high pass filter. The output transistor includes a first end to which an input voltage is input, a second end from which an output voltage is output, and a control terminal. The charge pump circuit receives a first clock signal based on both of a reference clock signal and a first signal, and outputs a charge pump voltage to the control terminal of the output transistor, the first signal is based on the charge pump voltage. The high pass filter includes a first end receiving the charge pump voltage and a second end to which a ground voltage is applied, and generates a second signal.
