Abstract: The present technology relates to a communication device capable of improving a system throughput. Provided is a communication device including a control unit that transmits a second signal including a transmission request for a first signal for measuring reception power or propagation loss to another communication device, receives the first signal transmitted from the other communication device, measures the reception power or the propagation loss on the basis of the received first signal, and controls transmission power on the basis of the measured reception power or propagation loss. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a wireless LAN system.

A rear end portion of the vertical plate has proximate rear end surfaces disposed adjacent to the rear wall portion and a cutout portion formed by recessing the rear end surface of the vertical plate toward the front side with respect to the proximate rear end surfaces. A distal end portion of a tail pipe is introduced between the vertical plates and through the cutout portion from the outer position of the vertical plates and extends along the exhaust opening in a state where the distal end portion of the tail pipe faces the exhaust opening.
