  • Publication number: 20150163809
Abstract: The disclosed base station apparatus (50) allocates a resource for communication to a terminal device. The base station apparatus (50) includes congestion degree estimation unit (51) estimates a congestion degree in the base station apparatus, and resource control unit (51) controls a resource allocation amount to the terminal device based on the congestion degree estimated by the congestion degree estimation unit (50).

  • Patent number: 8600396
Abstract: A radio scheduling apparatus in a radio communication system in which a modulation scheme is selected in accordance with radio quality includes radio quality acquisition means and scheduling means. The radio quality acquisition means acquires radio quality information indicative of radio quality for each mobile station. The scheduling means determines the degree of urgency for assigning a radio channel according to the radio quality, based on the radio quality information acquired by the radio quality acquisition means, and preferentially assigns a radio channel to a mobile station having a high degree of urgency.

  • Patent number: 8036171
Abstract: A multicarrier communication base station device (1) in accordance with the present invention includes selection unit that selects a subcarrier to be allocated based on transmission rate information in each mobile station (2), evaluation value calculation unit that calculates a reference value of a transmission rate with regard to a subcarrier to be allocated based on transmission rate information in each mobile station (2) and then calculate an evaluation value that is obtained by evaluating a difference between the reference value and a transmission rate of a subcarrier excluded from allocation, and priority determination unit that determines a priority of a mobile station to be assigned to each subcarrier based on an evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculation unit.
