  • Patent number: 12526932
Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing made of metal, a circuit board on which a circuit pattern is formed, and an electronic component mounted on the circuit board. The housing has a boss that is formed in a columnar shape protruding toward the circuit board and to which the circuit board is fixed by a fastening member made of metal. The boss has a fastening hole into which the fastening member is screwed and a contact surface with which a ground pattern in the circuit pattern is in contact. The contact surface has a recessed surface that is recessed toward the fastening hole. The circuit board has a protruding surface that protrudes such that the ground pattern is in contact with the recessed surface.

  • Publication number: 20250260290
Abstract: An electric compressor includes a compression part, a motor, and an inverter. The inverter has a circuit board and a connector mounted on the circuit board, the connector having a case in which a connecting terminal that is electrically connected to a circuit pattern formed on the circuit board is accommodated. The circuit board has a through hole. The case has a protruding portion that is inserted into the through hole and in which an insertion port is opened, the insertion port guiding a lead that is electrically connected to the connecting terminal toward the connecting terminal. A hole from which the lead is exposed is formed on a side of the case opposite to the insertion port across the connecting terminal.

  • Patent number: 12378960
Abstract: An electric compressor comprising: a conductive pin; an inverter terminal; and an electrical connector. The electrical connector includes: a bus bar; a first terminal and a second terminal at opposite ends of the bus bar; and an accommodation case fixed to a motor housing. The first terminal is connected to the conductive pin outside the motor housing. The second terminal is inserted into an inverter housing. The accommodation case has a second through hole through which the conductive pin is inserted toward the first terminal and accommodates the bus bar such that the second terminal is disposed outside the accommodation case. A junction terminal connects the inverter terminal and the second terminal inside the inverter housing. The first terminal and the second terminal are respectively fitted into the conductive pin and the junction terminal by movement of the electrical connector in an axial direction of a rotary shaft.

  • Publication number: 20240309876
Abstract: There is provided an electric compressor in which strain of a board can be suppressed. A first holder is supported by a circuit board and an inverter circuit is mounted thereon. A second holder is supported by the circuit board and an electromagnetic coil is mounted thereon. The inverter circuit mounted on the first holder generates a larger amount of heat than that generated by an electronic component mounted on the second holder. A collar is attached to the first holder. Another collar is attached to the second holder. In a state in which a bolt does not fasten the first holder and the inverter housing, the collar is disposed away from the inverter housing. In a state in which the bolt fastens the first holder and the inverter housing, the inverter circuit is pressed against a heat radiation surface of the inverter housing.

  • Patent number: 7876051
Abstract: The electrode mount includes a filament coil, paired lead wires supporting the filament coil therebetween in a manner that the filament coil hangs across the lead wires; and bead glass retaining the paired leadwires. The arc tube includes an arc tube main body formed by winding a glass tube, and an electrode fixed to the end portion of the arc tube main body. For this electrode, the electrode mount is used. The fixing of the electrode mount at the end portion of the arc tube main body is made at a region of the lead wires positioned between the filament coil and the bead glass, and the bead glass is disposed outside the arc tube main body.
