  • Patent number: 9684505
Abstract: There is provided a development environment system that appropriately controls the version of a development environment and prevents a conflict between a plurality of users over the same program. The development environment system includes a work area managing unit that allocates a work area 126 associated with user information, to a development environment apparatus when a user logs in; and a development environment managing unit 122 that extracts, from a development environment repository 123, a development environment associated with a development environment ID included in a development environment use request from the user, and makes the allocated work area 126 and the extracted development environment available.

Date of Patent: June 20, 2017
    Assignee: MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION

  • Publication number: 20130304703
Abstract: A journal output device generates a journal describing a processing definition ID of a processing definition for which a processing is in progress and indicating a progress status of the processing in an application, and writes a journal generated, in a journal file. When a write destination journal file is to be changed among journals having a common processing definition ID, the journal output device describes a write destination change notice in a journal. A recovery device separates the processing definition ID of the journal describing the write destination change notice, from another processing definition ID as a write destination change notice, and concatenates two or more journal arrays having a common write destination change incidence ID, to guarantee the sequential order. In case of the write destination change incidence ID, the recovery device analyzes a journal array which has been sequential-order-guaranteed.

  • Patent number: 8452875
Abstract: A resource allocation apparatus 100 is an apparatus that allocates resource utilization amounts of m consolidation subject servers Si to be consolidated to n consolidation destination servers (n<m). An allocation subject list S contains the resource utilization amount of each consolidation subject server Si. The resource allocation apparatus 100 calculates a deviation value of the resource utilization amount of each consolidation subject server Si in the allocation subject list S, and, based on the deviation value and a priority of each resource, calculates a total value with consideration given to the priority, and sorts the consolidation subject servers Si in descending order of the total value. An allocation unit 120 uses a calculated dispersion value to execute an allocation process on the consolidation subject servers Si sequentially starting with the one with the greatest total value.

  • Publication number: 20090133018
Abstract: It is an object to improve accuracy of estimation of CPU load by calculating the CPU load necessary for performing I/O emulation under the virtualized environment based on disk load and/or network load. In case of estimating CPU load of a server X which operates servers 10 to 12 as virtual servers, a CPU performance converting unit 223 obtains measured values of CPU load of the servers 10 to 12. A load converting unit 220 obtains an estimated value of the CPU load of the server X caused by I/Os of disks and/or network from disk load and/or network load of the servers 10 to 12. A CPU overhead calculating unit 224 obtains a coefficient showing CPU overhead caused by virtualization. A load estimating unit 225 estimates the CPU load of the server X using the above measured value, the above estimated value, and the above coefficient.
