The storage stores a first image indicating a breast of an object captured by a medical image diagnostic apparatus and interpretation information associated with the first image. The processing circuitry generates, based on position information of a region of interest based on the interpretation information and information of an interpretation direction, schematic diagram information for adding information about a position of the region of interest onto a schematic diagram of the breast.
