Abstract: Accuracy of deterioration diagnosis is improved. Data processing system (1) of servo system (7) includes acquisition part (2) and generator (3). Acquisition part (2) acquires, as input values, at least one of a control value and a detection value. Generator (3) generates a diagnostic parameter by performing at least extraction processing on the input value acquired by acquisition part (2). The diagnostic parameter is used for deterioration diagnosis of object (OB1) of at least one of load (73) and servomotor (72) in servo system (7). The input values are values that vary with time. In the extraction processing, generator (3) extracts, as a diagnostic parameter, a value in a partial period among the input values.

Abstract: Motor control system includes controller, motor control device, and position detection device. In controller, an operation command plan for a movement plan during a period until moving part reaches a target position from an initial position is set. Controller outputs, as an operation command, a movement amount of the moving part at a current point in time based on the operation command plan. Motor control device generates a drive signal for drive device based on an operation command Position detection device detects a position of moving part, and outputs a first position. Motor control device generates a deviation amount of moving part from the target position based on a future movement distance of moving part based on a future operation command, the first position, and the target position. Motor control device outputs a notification signal in a case where the deviation amount is more than or equal to a threshold.

Abstract: A motor control device includes an acquisition unit and a motor controller. The acquisition unit acquires at least one of a group of three or more torque detection values and a group of three or more thrust detection values. The three or more torque detection values correspond to torques generated between three or more motors and three or more propellers mounted on a moving body main body, respectively. The motor controller controls the three or more motors based on at least one of the group of the three or more torque detection values and the group of the three or more thrust detection values.
