  • Patent number: 12073813
Abstract: An electronic musical instrument, method for a musical sound generation process and a non-transitory computer readable medium that stores an electronic musical instrument program are provided. The program causes a computer provided with a storage part to execute a musical sound generation process using sound data. The program causes the computer to execute: acquiring, from the storage part, first sound data and first user identification information indicating a user who has acquired the first sound data from a distribution server; acquiring second user identification information indicating a user who causes the musical sound generation process to be executed using the first sound data; determining whether or not the first user identification information matches the second user identification information; and inhibiting execution of the musical sound generation process using the first sound data in a case when the first user identification information does not match the second user identification information.

  • Patent number: 11966656
Abstract: The disclosure provides a server, an electronic device, a server communication method, a device communication method, and a communication system. In loading of a communication system, in the case where an identifier of a timbre data and an instruction for loading the timbre data are transmitted from a mobile terminal to a server, the server acquires the timbre data corresponding to the identifier of the timbre data from a timbre DB, and transmits the timbre data together with the received instruction to a communication device (electronic musical instrument). In the electronic musical instrument, the received timbre data is stored to a work memory in response to the instruction received from the server.

  • Publication number: 20230206887
Abstract: In a server 70, usage counts of tone data of an electronic musical instrument 30, such as load counts of times that the tone data are loaded in the electronic musical instrument 30 are stored for each tone data and each user H utilizing the electronic musical instrument 30. When a recommendation information request is received from a portable terminal 50, the server 70 obtains a similar user similar to a request user included in the recommendation information request from the stored usage counts. Tone data to be recorded in the recommendation information are obtained from the usage count of each tone data of the request and the usage count of each tone data of the similar user, and the recommendation information is generated from the obtained tone data. Accordingly, the recommendation information generated by the user 70 can conform to the preference of the request user.

  • Publication number: 20230147370
Abstract: An electronic device and a data usage method are provided. An electronic musical instrument confirms whether respective sound data stored in a timbre memory or a wave memory can be used or cannot be used based on management information acquired from a server. A sound data determined to be usable in the management information is validated so that it can be used for loading or writing. On the other hand, a sound data determined to be unusable in the management information is invalidated so that it cannot be used.

  • Publication number: 20230139827
Abstract: The disclosure provides a terminal, a terminal communication method, and a communication system. The terminal is connected to a server and connected to an electronic device via the server and includes a correspondence data information storage means, a data association information receiving means, a comparison means, and a display means. The correspondence data information storage means stores correspondence data information of the electronic device. The data association information receiving means receives, from the server, data association information associated with data used for reproduction of sounds or images in the electronic device. The comparison means compares the data association information with the correspondence data information. The display means displays the data association information included in the correspondence data information based on a comparison result obtained by the comparison means.
