  • Publication number: 20250111945
Abstract: The present invention provides a system for quantifying the effects of a change of a condition pertaining to a subject for a prescribed period, wherein the change, which occurs for the prescribed period, includes at least a change from a first condition to a second condition. The system comprises: a reception means which receives data measured from the subject, the data including first data measured from the subject in the first condition and second data measured from the subject in the second condition; a derivation means which derives, from the received data, at least a first component that represents an accumulation of a load on the subject for the prescribed period and a second component that varies following the change; and an output means which outputs at least one of the derived first component and second component.

  • Publication number: 20230314033
Abstract: The method for evaluating the body temperature regulating function includes: acquiring an autonomic index of a target; acquiring a perspiration index of the target; and evaluating the body temperature regulating function of the target by using the autonomic index of the target and the perspiration index of the target. In one preferred embodiment, the autonomic index includes at least one of a heart rate variability index or a pulse rate variability index, and the perspiration index includes at least one of a skin conductance change or an amount of perspiration.

  • Publication number: 20230258358
Abstract: A temperature load management device is for use in exposing a user to a second environment for removing a first temperature load accumulated in a first environment. The temperature load management device includes the control unit as a main component. The control unit controls the second environment or makes a notification of a time to end the exposing of the user to the second environment, based on physiological information on the user.

  • Publication number: 20220076845
Abstract: A heat-stress effect estimating device estimates an effect of a heat stress imposed on a subject by an ambient temperature of the subject. The heat-stress effect estimating device includes a storage unit and a calculation unit. The storage unit stores a correlation of at least an ambient temperature of a person and an outdoor air temperature with at least one index indicating an effect of a heat stress on a person. The calculation unit estimates a state of the subject in terms of the at least one index, based on the correlation stored in the storage unit, an ambient temperature of the subject at a predetermined time point, and a history of an outdoor air temperature up to the predetermined time point.

  • Publication number: 20140363115
Abstract: On the contact surface of the rolling bearing part made of alloy steel containing appropriate amounts of Cr and Mo, the C+N content is 0.9 to 1.4 mass % and the area ratio of carbide is 10% or less. At the depth of 1% of the diameter of the rolling element from the contact surface, the hardness is 720 to 832 in Hv, the amount of retained austenite is 20 to 45 volume %, and the compressive residual stress is 50 to 300 Mpa. At the depth of 1 to 3% of the diameter of the rolling element from the contact surface, the average value of the prior austenite grain size is 20 ?m or less and the maximum value of the prior austenite grain size is 3 times or less the average value, and the hardness of the core portion is 400 to 550 in Hv.

  • Patent number: 4508640
Abstract: An electromagnetic wave-shielding material is disclosed. The material is comprised of one or more electromagnetic wave-shielding layers and one or more surface layers. The shielding layers are comprised of a thermoplastic resin, an aluminum or aluminum alloy and electrically conductive carbon black. The surface layers are comprised substantially of thermoplastic resin. The proportion of the carbon black and aluminum in the shielding layer are from 5 to 50% by volume and 5 to 50% by volume, respectively, provided the total proportion of the carbon black and aluminum is 10 to 60% by volume. The difference in solubility parameter between the thermoplastic resin of the surface layer and the thermoplastic resin of the shielding layer is 3.0 or less. The material has superior mechanical strength and electromagnetic wave-shielding properties.
