A feeding body, for a rotary electric machine such as a motor and generator, includes: a power supply main body including a conductor such as copper; a terminal portion formed at one end of the power supply main body; and a protection portion made from a resin material molded to a connection part connected with the terminal portion on the power supply main body, wherein the protection portion includes a protrusion protruding toward a stator of the rotary electric machine.
