  • Publication number: 20200372483
Abstract: To provide a card settlement method for short-term products which is easy to use for both participating merchants and card users. In providing a product billed by unit time to a user, a management server 100 requests payment of the billed amount to a card company server 300 via a network. The management server 100 accepts product selection information from the user and performs a credit check with the card company server 300 for the amount corresponding to a prescribed time period comprising more than one unit of the billable unit time associated with the product selected by the user. After credit is secured for the amount corresponding to the prescribed time period, the management server 100 derives a billable period wherein the user requested to be billed during the provision period of the product, and makes a request to the card company server 300 for a single payment in full for an amount corresponding to the billable period.

  • Publication number: 20170258854
Abstract: The present disclosure describes compositions and methods for increasing the abundance of commensal bacteria belonging to the order Clostridiales, including Blautia, Ruminococcus, Clostridium, Eubacterium, Holdemania and Dorea species, that are associated with reduced lethal GVHD and improved overall survival following bone marrow or hematopoietic stem cell transplant. The present disclosure, therefore, provides methods for reducing the likelihood, incidence or severity of GVHD by (1) avoiding the loss of endogenous beneficial species through antibiotic selection; (2) by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising one or more Clostridiales associated with reduced GVHD to individuals who may lack or have lost those strains from their intestinal microbiota.

  • Patent number: 9156912
Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide an immunological reconstitution promoter or a prophylactic agent for infections for use in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation therapy for tumors. The promoter or prophylactic agent enables the amelioration of delayed immune reconstitution or the prevention of infection following transplantation, while maintaining the GVT effect of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Specifically, in a transplant patient in whom immune reconstitution is delayed, such reconstitution can be promoted by administering, at an early stage following transplantation, a substance capable of depleting CD4+ cells. Early completion of infection management in the patient and improvement in the survival rate are anticipated as a result. In addition, the risk of complications associated with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is reduced, enabling more widespread use of this therapy.
