Abstract: A sheet binding processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a conveying path for sheets, a stacking portion on which sheets from the conveying path are stacked, a first regulating portion for regulating a sheet bundle on the stacking portion in a crossing direction, a second regulating portion for regulating a sheet bundle in the conveying direction, a manual setting portion for setting sheets from an outside of the apparatus, and a binding device which binds a sheet bundle by a staple and moves in the crossing direction. An angular posture of the binding device located at a third position is different from an angular posture located at a first position. An angular posture of the binding device located at the third position is different from an angular posture located at a second position. The second position is located at a second side of the first position.
Abstract: In a disclosed plasma processing apparatus, an electrostatic chuck provided in a chamber includes a first region on which a substrate is placed and a second region on which an edge ring is placed. The first region includes a first electrode provided therein. The second region including a second electrode provided therein. A first feed line connects the first electrode and a bias power supply generating a pulse of a voltage applied to the first electrode to each other. A second feed line connects the second electrode and the bias power supply or another bias power supply generating a pulse of the voltage applied to the second electrode to each other. The second feed line includes one or more sockets and one or more feed pins. The one or more feed pins have flexibility in a radial direction thereof and are fitted into the one or more sockets.
Abstract: A negative electrode active material containing negative electrode active material particles including, silicon compound particles containing a silicon compound containing oxygen, and at least a part of a surface of the silicon compound particles is covered with a carbon layer, wherein the silicon compound particles contain Li6Si2O7 and Li2SiO3. As a result, the negative electrode active material is provided that can increase the battery capacity with the improvement of the initial efficiency, and a capable of realizing sufficient battery cycle characteristics.

The security-training support apparatus includes: an information acquisition unit that at least acquires information specifying a set number of the plurality of steps; and a scenario generation unit that generates the scenario of the targeted attack by, until the set number is reached, selecting, for each of the plurality of steps, processing to be executed in the step from a database in which processing elements that can be executed in the step are registered.
Abstract: A fluid leakage detection device includes: a rod seal provided in a cylinder head, a rod seal being configured to seal an annular gap between a piston rod and the cylinder head; a detection seal configured to seal an annular gap, a detection seal being configured to partition the detection space together with the rod seal; a communication passage in communication with the detection space; a pressure sensor configured to detect the pressure of the working oil guided through the communication passage; and a relief valve configured to release the pressure in the communication passage, wherein the detection seal is provided between the rod seal and a dust seal, the dust seal being configured to seal the annular gap by being provided in the cylinder head so as to face the outside of the cylinder tube.

Abstract: A route selection assistance system, a recording medium on which a route selection assistance program is recorded, a route selection assistance method, and a diagnosis method that enable easy selection of a route of a living body lumen for delivering a medical instrument to a site within a living body via the living body lumen. A route selection assistance system includes: a receiving section configured to receive an input of site information specifying a target site; an image obtaining section configured to obtain image information on a living body of a target patient; a route extracting section configured to extract a plurality of routes of a living body lumen; a ranking assigning section configured to assign rankings to the plurality of routes extracted by the route extracting section; and an output section configured to output the plurality of routes extracted and the rankings assigned by the ranking assigning section.

Abstract: A substrate treating apparatus and a substrate treating method. The substrate treating apparatus includes a treating unit and a controller. Abstract: A cleaning device cleans a discharge wire that discharges electric charge onto a discharge target. The cleaning device moves in a longitudinal direction oldie discharge wire. The cleaning device includes a first contact portion that contacts and cleans the discharge wire and a second contact portion that contacts and cleans the discharge wire. When the first contact portion and the second contact portion clean the discharge wire, the first contact portion and the second contact portion sandwich the discharge wire in a discharge direction in which the discharge wire discharges the electric charge onto the discharge target. The discharge direction is parallel to a radial direction of the discharge wire.

Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a substance related to 2-alkylcarbonylnaphtho[2,3-b]furan-4,9-dione that is suitable for industrial production. The present disclosure provides: a method for producing two production intermediates for 2-alkylcarbonyl[2,3-b]furan-4,9-dione by reacting commercially available 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone with equally inexpensive, commercially available induced N,N-substituted formamide dimethyl acetal, and further reacting the product with an inexpensive commercially available 2-halo-1,4-diketone compound in the presence of water; and a substance related to the same.
