  • Publication number: 20250058425
Abstract: Occurrence of waviness abnormality is predicted. A waviness prediction device includes a data input part configured to receive an input of waviness data obtained by measuring waviness of a polishing target surface that is polished by rotating a polishing pad with a planetary gear mechanism; a feature obtainment part configured to obtain a feature including both a number of processed polishing targets in the polishing pad, and a torque of a sun gear; and a waviness prediction part configured to predict the waviness by inputting the feature obtained by the feature obtainment part to a prediction model that learns a relationship between the feature and the waviness data.

  • Publication number: 20160026069
Abstract: A focal plane shutter includes: a bottom board having an opening portion; blade members; main driving members biased in the direction of carrying out a shutter operation of the blade members; a setting member that sets the main driving member to a setting position prior to the shutter operation, against the biasing force; following driving members connected to the blade members, biased to follow the main driving members, and moved by being pushed by the main driving members at the shutter operation; and a constraining mechanism that constrains movement of the following driving member so that the blade members are held in the closed state. The constraining mechanism engages the following driving member biased to constrain the movement thereof, and also includes a constraining member that moves to release the constraint on the main driving member through the engagement thereof prior to the setting member completing the setting operation.

  • Patent number: 8454249
Abstract: A second blade-driving mechanism includes second blade-driving first member and second blade-driving second member, only the second blade-driving second member is rotated against elastic force of a blade-driving spring while the second blade-driving first member engages and is locked by a locking member at start of cocking operation of the cocking member to keep a second blade covering an exposure aperture, and the second blade-driving first member is disengaged from locking member at final stage of cocking operation, so the second blade-driving first member can be rotated by elastic force of a second blade-cocking spring and the second blade is made to open the exposure aperture. Staring cocking operation of a focal plane shutter is possible irrespective of the length of time during which imaging information can be transferred from an image sensor to storage via an information-processing circuit.

  • Publication number: 20120219280
Abstract: A second blade group-driving mechanism includes second blade group-driving first member and second blade group-driving second member, only the second blade group-driving second member is rotated against elastic force of a blade group-driving spring while the second blade group-driving first member engages and is locked by a locking member at start of cocking operation of the cocking member to keep a second blade group covering an exposure opening, and the second blade group-driving first member is disengaged from locking member at final stage of cocking operation, so the second blade group-driving first member can be rotated by elastic force of a second blade group-cocking spring and the second blade group is made to open the exposure opening. Starting cocking operation of a focal plane shutter is possible irrespective of the length of time during which imaging information can be transferred from an image sensor to storage via an information-processing circuit.
