  • Publication number: 20190353230
Abstract: A ball screw device includes: a threaded shaft; a nut; multiple first balls rollably arranged on a helical raceway composed of a helical groove of the threaded shaft and a helical groove of the nut; an inner ring raceway groove formed on an outer circumferential surface of one axial end of the threaded shaft; an outer ring having an outer ring raceway groove that faces the inner ring raceway groove; and multiple second balls rollably arranged between the inner ring raceway groove and the outer ring raceway groove. The ball screw device converts rotation of the threaded shaft into linear motion of the nut through the first balls rolling on the helical raceway while being subjected to a load. The outer ring has a rolling element insertion hole penetrating from its outer circumferential surface to the outer ring raceway groove and a lid configured to cover the rolling element insertion hole. An inner surface of the lid is formed into a concave shape to serve as part of the outer ring raceway groove.

  • Publication number: 20190271381
Abstract: Provided is a circulation component retainer configured to suppress breakage of a circulation component and jumping out of balls. A circulation component is a resinous tubular member formed into a substantially C-shape and including leg portions at both ends and an intermediate portion arranged between both the leg portions. The circulation component is attached to a nut such that both the leg portions are respectively inserted from an outer surface side of the nut into a pair of through holes opening to the outer surface of the nut and communicating with a spiral groove of the nut, and the intermediate portion is positioned on the outer surface of the nut.

  • Patent number: 6617074
Abstract: A lithium ion polymer secondary battery is a laminate of a positive-electrode sheet of a positive-electrode collector foil provided with an active material thereon, a negative-electrode sheet of a negative-electrode collector foil provided with another active material thereon, and a polymer electrolyte layer interposed between the positive-electrode sheet and the negative-electrode sheet. One of the positive-electrode sheet and the negative-electrode sheet is a strip and is fan-folded at least one time so that the positive-electrode sheet is provided on the surface of the active material on the sheet. The other one of the positive-electrode sheet and the negative-electrode sheet consists of a plurality of sheet segments having an area which is the same as the area of each flat portion of the fan-folded sheet. The sheet segments are interposed between the flat portions of the fan-folded sheet so that the polymer electrolyte layer is in contact with the surfaces of the active materials.
