  • Patent number: 9086555
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to suppress a coating resin from being shaved off in an event where optical fibers are sent out from a coating dice. When a Young's modulus of ultraviolet curable resins 13 located on outermost layers of optical fibers 3 is 300 MPa or more, and the Young's modulus is 300 MPa to 600 MPa, a plurality of the optical fibers 3 in which friction force measured by the following measurement method is 0.3 N or less are arranged in parallel to one another, these respective optical fibers 3 are fixed to one another intermittently along a longitudinal direction thereof, and adhered portions 5 are formed.

  • Publication number: 20150191945
Abstract: A door lock device has a high degree of freedom in the disposition of an open link for switching between a locked state and an unlocked state and has low operational resistance when being put into the locked state. When there is a malfunction in which the open link is jammed by dust and therefore does not move from a lock waiting position to an unlock waiting position even when an unlock action is performed, when an outside handle interlock lever is turned, a sliding-contact tilt guide provided on a support body slides and makes sliding-contact with the open link and forcibly tilts the open link, and as a result, it becomes unnecessary to increase an energizing force of a torsion coil spring as a precaution against such malfunction. This makes it possible to reduce the operational resistance when the door lock device is put into the locked state.

  • Publication number: 20150179615
Abstract: To improve reliability of a semiconductor device. In a conductive material that electrically couples a Cu pillar electrode and a lead, an alloy part comprised of an alloy of tin and copper is formed inside this conductive material. At this time, the alloy part contacts both the Cu pillar electrode and the lead, and the Cu pillar electrode and the lead are bound through the alloy part. Similarly, also in FIG. 8, it is found that the Cu pillar electrode and the lead are electrically coupled to each other by the alloy part. Thereby, it is possible to improve electric coupling reliability between the Cu pillar electrode and the lead.
